Hi guys! Since it’s Bachelorette season I know many of you, like me, will be having Bachelorette viewing parties! I always think it’s fun to do yummy little finger foods for get-togethers with my girlfriends. It not only saves on dishes because you don’t have to pass out silverware but they’re super cute and fun to serve! Today I’m showing you guys one of my favorite recipes for a girls night! Blinis finger food!
These are so ridiculously easy to make, require zero cooking time, and are essentially just assembling ingredients on cute little blinis. You can make the blinis yourself; however, I just don’t have time for that so I bought mine pre-made. You can buy them pre-made HERE. But I got mine at my local grocery store. You could also use crackers instead of blinis if you can’t find them in the grocery store.
I made three different kinds of Blinis. I almost feel silly giving directions for this recipe since I’m pretty much just layering the ingredients on top of the blini. And I’m not showing how muchof each ingredient cause really you just use as little or as much as you want! Here’s what I did:
Cucumber, Cream Cheese, and Tomato
Just slice your cucumber and tomato thin and layer on top of some cream cheese. Season with a tiny bit of salt and pepper. And drizzle with balsamic vinegar. It’s simple, but sooo tastey.
Goat Cheese, Fig Spread, and Raspberries
This one is sweet and savory combined! The goat cheese gives it a savory feel and the fig spread and raspberry add the sweetness. It’s so good! Just start with the goat cheese and layer on the fig spread and top with a raspberry.
Marscapone Cheese, Dried Cranberries, Hazelnuts, and Honey
This is the sweetest of the three. I consider this one a mild dessert blini. Again you just layer the ingredients starting with the marscapone cheese. Then add the cranberries drizzle some honey on the top and finish it off with a topping of chopped hazelnuts. If you rather this one be more savory, use goat cheese instead of marscapone cheese. Plus by using goat cheese, you are required to get one less ingredient at the store. I like them both ways!
Anyways guys! This appetizer seriously could not be more simple! But even though it’s simple, it’s also super cute and will really impress your guest. As you can see in the photo below I plated them on little marble coasters and put those on top of a large marble cheese board that I have. It makes for such a beautiful display!
Plus a little trick for bloggers or people that like to post their food to Instagram but want it to look pretty – get this marble cheese board! It’s large and big enough that you can use it as a backdrop when you take photos of your food and they look super pretty with the beautiful, light background! As you can see in the picture below, it looks like the food is being shot on a pretty white counter top. Nope! You’ll see in the pics above that my counter tops are dark gray.
Anyways guys, I hope you love this post! I plan on doing a lot more EASY recipes moving forward. Let me know what you’d like to see me post about! I’m always posting my cooking to Insta Story. So if you’ve seen something on there that you’d like to see here on Ali Luvs, let me know!
Yay for easy recipes! I’m a newbie cook (if I can call myself that), so I always appreciate the bloggers I read posting theirs!

Does cutting on the marble cheeseboard ruin your knives?
I don’t know! I have terrible knives! I need to buy new ones. But I’m careful when I cut on the cheese board. I usually don’t cut on it though (I know I am in these pics). Mostly use it for plating and styling!
I need to try this! Looks delicious!
